After some tough negotiations, we achieved, together with our partner J-Global, Inc., a contract renewal with Nissan Motor Corporation to continue supporting in the area of dealer staff training. This year we will be focusing on how Sales Agents can acquire and transmit the best knowledge on the newest technologies, from Electric Vehicles to Navigation. We are also looking forward to further study and find best practices about current learners preferences and what we call NWoL, which stands for New Ways of Learning. There are some major shifts on how people learn and on how learning should be delivered. Sounds pretty exciting, doesn't it?
